Ready To Eat

Each box of mountain pears is picked and packed by hand at our family farm. We pre-ripen them for you so they are deliciously sweet to eat right out of the box. Buttery smooth and oh so delicious!

Ready To Enjoy

Anjou pears don’t change color much as they ripen, so you’ll want to gently press your thumb near the stem to test their ripeness. When it gives slightly, the pear is ripe. Small wrinkles around the stem will also tip you off that they are ready. You can further ripen your pears on the counter at room temperature for up to a week! Once ripe, they can be stored in the refrigerator where the process will be slowed.
